Pacient de 49 anys amb periodontitis avan\u00e7ada i perduda \u00f2ssia generalitzada amb mobilitat en totes les seves dents que li impedeix menjar b\u00e9, amb por al dentista i amb complex a l’hora de somriure.

Acudeix per a buscar una soluci\u00f3 definitiva al seu somriure, ja que se li ha explicat que amb el tractament periodontal les seves dents es veuran m\u00e9s llargs, li expliquem que la soluci\u00f3 m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida al seu cas \u00e9s l’extracci\u00f3 de totes les dents i substituir-los per implants.<\/p>\n

Es proposa a la pacient la t\u00e8cnica \u201call on four\u201d, t\u00e8cnica implantologia i rehabilitadora que consisteix a substituir totes les dents d’un dels maxil\u00b7lars del pacient per 12 corones de metall cer\u00e0mica que es recolzen sobre 4 implants.<\/p>\n

En el cas de la pacient s’havien d’extreure 27 dents. Per a realitzar aquesta cirurgia en una sola sessi\u00f3 s’ha de sotmetre a la pacient a una sedaci\u00f3 conscient, realitzada en la pr\u00f2pia cl\u00ednica. Una vegada la pacient es troba sedada es realitzen les extraccions de totes les dents i col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 de 4 implants en el maxil\u00b7lar superior i de 4 implants en el maxil\u00b7lar inferior i la col\u00b7locaci\u00f3 d’una pr\u00f2tesi provisional fixa en el maxil\u00b7lar superior i una pr\u00f2tesi provisional fixa en el maxil\u00b7lar inferior, per a aconseguir una est\u00e8tica immediata i que el pacient pugui somriure. El temps de la intervenci\u00f3 va ser de 4 hores.<\/p>\n

Despr\u00e9s de 12 setmanes, una vegada s’han osteointegrat els implants, es procedeix a la realitzaci\u00f3 de la pr\u00f2tesi fixa de metall cer\u00e0mica.<\/p>\n

El temps total del tractament va ser de 5 mesos, durant tot el tractament la pacient gaudeixo de la seva pr\u00f2tesi provisional fixa i va poder fer una vida social amb normalitat.<\/p>\n

El m\u00e9s important del cas \u00e9s la gran satisfacci\u00f3 de la pacient i el resultat final, aconseguit per tot l’equip del Institut Implantologic i Dental i al seguiment de les nostres instruccions durant tot el proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
